BioSlurm is a new Slurm-based computing cluster established by the BRC Bioinformatics Facility to support large-scale research data analysis.

This workshop will introduce BioSlurm and demonstrate how researchers can use AI agents to perform data analysis on the cluster.

The workshop will cover the following topics:

• BioSlurm cluster configuration and computing resources
• New BioSlurm subscription plans and access
• Basics of the Slurm job submission system
• Using AI agents to perform data analysis on BioSlurm

The workshop will be offered via Zoom and will be recorded and made available online after the workshop. Registration is required for participation in the hands-on project.
